1. Tax Filing Deadline:<\/strong> Companies must submit their expected taxable income to the Cyprus Tax Department by\u00a0July 31, 2024.<\/li>\n
2. Tax Rate:<\/strong> Cyprus tax rate for companies is\u00a012.5%\u00a0on taxable income.<\/li>\n
3. Provisional Tax Obligation:<\/strong> The timely payment of the second provisional tax instalment can be made via\u00a0JCCsmart<\/a>\u00a0or via online banking, using the unique Payment Reference Number (PRN) made available by the\u00a0Tax Portal<\/a>\u00a0of the Tax Department (TD). Such PRN should be automatically created following the payment of the first provisional tax instalment.<\/li>\n
4. Adjustment Period:<\/strong> Any difference between provisional and actual tax must be paid by\u00a0August 1, 2025. A\u00a010% penalty\u00a0applies if the declared income is under 75% of the final amount.<\/li>\n
5. Revision Deadline: <\/strong>Tax declarations can be revised until\u00a0December 31, 2024.<\/li>\n
